Your Connect Education parent dashboard gives you instant access to all upcoming scheduled lessons for every student in your account. You can see the date, time, teacher, and subject at a glance without navigating away from the home page. Follow these steps to view your upcoming lesson.
Step 1: Log In to Your Parent Account
Go to My Account and log in with your email and password.
Step 2: Scroll to See All Lessons
Scroll down the upcoming lessons list to view all scheduled sessions for each student, along with the date, time, subject, and teacher name.
💡 Tips & Troubleshooting
- No upcoming lessons showing, what does that mean?
It means lessons have not been scheduled yet. Click "Schedule Now" beside each lesson under My Teachers to set the times. - How do you start a lesson from the dashboard?
Click the "Start Lesson" button that appears beside a session when it is live or starting soon. - Where can you see lessons in a calendar view?
Click the Calendar tab at the top of your dashboard for a weekly overview of all your children's upcoming sessions. - A lesson is missing from the upcoming list, why?
Check that the lesson was scheduled correctly by going to My Teachers, clicking the teacher's name, and looking at their lesson list. - Need help with a missing or incorrect lesson?
