Pick a subject or a goal, for a child or for yourself. We match on the need, not just the subject, with a certified tutor for one-on-one tutoring lessons.

Falling behind can knock a child's confidence fast. A certified teacher finds the gaps, explains it a new way and builds a plan around your child's grade and school curriculum.

For students who are ready for more. A certified teacher adds enrichment, supports advanced high school courses and helps teens prepare for university and college admissions.

Teachers with special education experience pace every lesson to your child and use strategies that work at home and at school.
Looking for Orton-Gillingham or structured literacy? Add it when you sign up and we'll show you teachers trained in it.

French immersion, core French and French as a second language, for children and adults, even if nobody speaks French at home.

English as a second language for newcomer children and for adults, with a certified teacher who adapts every lesson to your goals, from everyday English to the workplace.

Build skills and calm nerves before unit tests, final exams and provincial tests such as EQAO in Ontario, with practice that matches what your child is learning in class.
Homework apps and AI can hand your child the answer, and many learning centres give every child the same worksheets in a busy room. A certified teacher works with your child one-on-one, sees where they get stuck, explains it a different way and stays with it until it clicks. That's how confidence grows.

Mom-led
Founded by a mom and teacher, trusted by families across Canada
Waterloo Region District School Board runs 125 schools across Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and the townships. Its French Immersion starts in Grade 2, not Grade 1, which catches some families off guard.

The curriculum, the tests, the school boards and the French options your child's tutor will work with.
Schools follow the Ontario curriculum. In elementary, you get a fall progress report, a report card in winter and a final one in June. Your board sets the exact dates.
EQAO checks reading, writing and math in Grades 3 and 6, and math in Grade 9. In Grade 10, students write the OSSLT, the literacy test needed for the Ontario diploma.
WRDSB runs English public schools and Waterloo Catholic DSB runs English Catholic schools. Viamonde has French public schools in Waterloo and Kitchener, and MonAvenir has French Catholic schools in Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge.
Every WRDSB student takes Core French in Grade 1. Families apply for Grade 2 Immersion in January, and a lottery decides when there are more applicants than spots. The French boards teach fully in French.
