There is no cost to join our community. Once a contract is agreed upon, the platform service fee is 25% of each session rate for all sessions and contracts initiated on or after September 1st, 2026, and it comes out of the total amount charged by the educator. This fee covers any admin fees and platform fees. Remember, we do all the administrative work for you through the platform.
We discourage canceling contracts unless necessary. Teachers must abide by their agreement to teach students. If there is a medical issue or any other issue that cannot be resolved, please go through the dispute resolution process so we can help you find a different educator. Our system does not require your child's date of birth, however we do require this for parents and teachers.

Your certified teacher creates a personalized one-on-one learning plan based on your child's goals, so how many lessons you book depends on what your child needs. No, you don't need to pay to sign up to the platform. Signing up is completely free of charge. You only pay for the tutoring sessions that you schedule with our tutors.
While we strive to match students with qualified tutors, we cannot guarantee that a tutor will be available to meet at a specific location, in-person preferences, or other specialized requirements. Availability is subject to the tutor's location, teaching capacity, and schedule. We encourage flexibility in choosing either online or in-person options to increase the chances of finding the best match.
Joining our community of certified educators is simple. Set up your account, and upload your teacher credentials. Our platform is exclusive to certified educators who hold a professional teacher certificate in good standing.
Your credentials must recognize to teach in a classroom, public, or private school setting.
You have complete autonomy on how to set your prices.
There is no cost to join our community. However, once a contract is agreed upon, we have a 15% processing fee that comes out of the total amount charged by the educator. This fee covers any admin fees and platform fees. Remember, we do all the administrative work for you through the platform.

Payments for lessons completed will be received by E-transfer. Please ensure your account information is always up to date. Our system allows parents to reschedule lessons within 48 hours of the lesson. We value everyone’s time and efforts. If the student does not show up for the lesson, the teacher is still compensated for that lesson. Please refer to our Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy.

There is no cost to create a profile and be matched to clients. We only charge a 15% fee from what you earn after you are paid for your services.

You can select the locations and range of where you want to teach in your profile. All of your student matches will be within your chosen location range.
Once the payment has been processed, the contract for the services begins. We ask parents to carefully review and select the teacher or ECE they want to work with to avoid the dispute resolution process. However, if a parent or student decides that they want to cancel a contract, they will need to open a ticket with support and follow the dispute resolution process. Once you get matched to a student, the schedule is mutually agreed upon by you and the parent.
