We were started by a mom and a teacher who wanted finding a great tutor to be simple, safe and affordable. Today we help families across Canada do just that.
Licensed teachers, registered ECEs and other qualified educators, each reviewed before they tutor.
Share the grade, subject, curriculum, learning needs and schedule, and we show you teachers who fit.
Teachers set their rates and you pick one that fits your budget. You only pay for the lessons you book.
Choose online lessons, home visits or your local public library. Message your teacher and see every lesson in one app.

Pick a subject or a goal, for a child or for yourself. We match on the need, not just the subject, with a certified tutor for one-on-one tutoring lessons.

Falling behind can knock a child's confidence fast. A certified teacher finds the gaps, explains it a new way and builds a plan around your child's grade and school curriculum.

For students who are ready for more. A certified teacher adds enrichment, supports advanced high school courses and helps teens prepare for university and college admissions.

Teachers with special education experience pace every lesson to your child and use strategies that work at home and at school.

French immersion, core French and French as a second language, for children and adults, even if nobody speaks French at home.

English as a second language for newcomer children and for adults, with a certified teacher who adapts every lesson to your goals, from everyday English to the workplace.

Build skills and calm nerves before unit tests, final exams and provincial tests such as EQAO in Ontario, with practice that matches what your child is learning in class.

Hamilton Public Library's After Hours Study Hall is open to library members aged 14 and up, and Central Library has bookable sound-proof study pods for one or four people.
The curriculum, the tests, the school boards and the French options your child's tutor will work with.
Hamilton follows the Ontario curriculum. Elementary students get a fall progress report, a winter report card and a June report card. Your board sets the exact dates.
EQAO tests reading, writing and math in Grades 3 and 6, and math in Grade 9. The Grade 10 literacy test (OSSLT) counts toward graduation. A tutor helps prepare.
Hamilton's boards are the Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board (English public), Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic District School Board (English Catholic), Conseil scolaire Viamonde (French public) and Conseil scolaire catholique MonAvenir (French Catholic).
In Hamilton, English school students take French from Grades 4 to 8, and English boards may offer Extended French or Immersion. Viamonde and MonAvenir teach fully in French.
Online lessons work anywhere. For in-person lessons, we match you with a certified teacher near you.
