Pick a subject or a goal, for a child or for yourself. We match on the need, not just the subject, with a certified tutor for one-on-one tutoring lessons.

Falling behind can knock a child's confidence fast. A certified teacher finds the gaps, explains it a new way and builds a plan around your child's grade and school curriculum.

For students who are ready for more. A certified teacher adds enrichment, supports advanced high school courses and helps teens prepare for university and college admissions.

Teachers with special education experience pace every lesson to your child and use strategies that work at home and at school.
Looking for Orton-Gillingham or structured literacy? Add it when you sign up and we'll show you teachers trained in it.

French immersion, core French and French as a second language, for children and adults, even if nobody speaks French at home.

English as a second language for newcomer children and for adults, with a certified teacher who adapts every lesson to your goals, from everyday English to the workplace.

Build skills and calm nerves before unit tests, final exams and provincial tests such as EQAO in Ontario, with practice that matches what your child is learning in class.
Homework apps and AI can hand your child the answer, and many learning centres give every child the same worksheets in a busy room. A certified teacher works with your child one-on-one, sees where they get stuck, explains it a different way and stays with it until it clicks. That's how confidence grows.

Most children in Québec City go to French-language schools run by three centres de services scolaires. The Central Québec School Board runs the English schools, and attending them depends on eligibility under Québec's language law.

The curriculum, the tests, the school boards and the French options your child's tutor will work with.
Schools follow the Québec Education Program, which is built around competencies. Parents get a report card at the end of each of the school year's three terms.
Secondary 4 students write ministry exams in math, science and History of Québec and Canada; Secondary 5 students write French and second-language exams. They count for 50% of the final mark for the skills tested.
The centres de services scolaires de la Capitale, des Découvreurs and des Premières-Seigneuries run French-language schools. La Capitale alone has 68 schools and centres. Central Québec School Board serves over 5,200 students in English.
To attend English public school, your child must be eligible under the Charter of the French Language, usually through a parent's or a sibling's schooling in English in Canada. You apply through the school.
