Your Connect Education account shows all active tutoring contracts under the "My Teachers" section. Here you can see the teachers your child is currently working with, check lesson progress, and access upcoming sessions. Follow these steps to view your active contracts.
Step 1: Log In to Your Parent Account
Go to My Account and log in with your email and password.
Step 2: Click "My Teachers"
Click "My Teachers" in the top navigation bar to open your teacher list.

Step 3: Click the "Active" Tab
Click the "Active" tab to see all teachers with whom you currently have a live tutoring contract and remaining lessons.

💡 Tips & Troubleshooting
Each active contract shows the number of lessons remaining. When it is low, click "Rebook Teacher" to start a new contract before the sessions run out.
Yes. If your child studies more than one subject, you can have separate active contracts with different teachers running at the same time.
Click the teacher's name under the Active tab to open their lesson details page, which includes a full progress breakdown.
This means it is time to rebook. Click "Rebook Teacher" on that contract to start a new one.
