Connect Education lets you monitor how many lessons your child has completed and review their academic activity at any time. The lesson progress tracker gives you a clear picture of how your child is advancing. Follow these steps to view your lessons progress.
Step 1: Log In to Your Parent Account
Go to My Account and log in with your email and password.
Step 2: Click "My Students"
Click "My Students" in the top navigation bar to open your list of students.
Step 3: Click the Student's Name
Click the name of the student whose progress you want to review.
Step 4: Click "Details"
In the "Lessons history" section, click "Details" beside the teacher to view the progress breakdown, including completed and remaining sessions.
💡 Tips & Troubleshooting
- What does the progress tracker show?
The tracker shows the total number of lessons purchased, how many have been completed, and how many remain. - How do you know when to rebook?
When the remaining lesson count is low, it is time to rebook. Click "Rebook Teacher" under the Active tab to start a new contract before sessions run out. - Can you compare progress across subjects?
Yes. If your child has more than one teacher, each subject has its own progress section so you can track each one independently. - The progress percentage looks incorrect, what do you do?
Contact customercare@connecteducationinc.com with your contract details and the team will review and correct it. - How often does progress update?
Progress is updated automatically after each lesson is marked as completed.
