Your Connect Education account keeps a complete record of every tutoring contract you have held, including the teacher, subject, lesson details, date, and invoice ID. This makes it easy to track your tutoring history and billing at any time. Follow these steps to view your contracts history.
Step 1: Log In to Your Parent Account
Go to My Account and log in with your email and password.
Step 2: Click Your Profile Picture
Click your profile picture or avatar in the top right corner of the dashboard to open the account menu.

Step 3: Click "Contracts History"
Select "Contracts History" from the dropdown menu to open the full contracts list.

Step 4: Review Your Contracts
Browse the table to see each contract's teacher, student, subject, lesson details, date, invoice ID, and status.

💡 Tips & Troubleshooting
Contracts are listed as active, completed, or cancelled. All three statuses are visible on the same page.
Your invoice ID is shown in the contracts table beside each contract. Use it when referencing a payment with the support team.
Yes. Your full contracts history is stored indefinitely and accessible at any time, regardless of when the contract ended.
Contact customercare@connecteducationinc.com with the contract details and the team will review and correct it.
Scroll through the table or use your browser's Ctrl+F (Cmd+F on Mac) to search for a teacher's name or invoice ID.
