Connect Education keeps a record of all lessons your child has completed with each teacher. Viewing the lesson history helps you track progress and stay on top of your child's learning journey. Follow these steps to view your lesson history.
Step 1: Log In to Your Parent Account
Go to My Account and log in with your email and password.
Step 2: Click "My Students"
Click "My Students" in the top navigation bar to view your list of students.
Step 3: Click the Student's Name
Click the name of the student whose lesson history you want to view.
Step 4: Click "Details" in the Lessons History Section
Scroll down to the "Lessons history" section and click "Details" beside the teacher to view the complete session record.
💡 Tips & Troubleshooting
- Is lesson history shown per teacher?
Yes. Lesson history is organized by teacher, so if your child has multiple tutors, each has their own separate history section. - How do you check if a lesson was completed?
Each completed lesson is listed with a date and status in the lesson history. Compare this to your schedule to spot any gaps. - A completed lesson is missing from the history, what do you do?
Contact customercare@connecteducationinc.com with the date and teacher's name and the team will investigate. - Can you view history for multiple students?
Yes. Switch between student profiles under My Students to view each child's lesson history separately. - How often is lesson history updated?
Lesson history is updated automatically after each session is marked as completed by the teacher.
