Your Connect Education parent account sends notifications for important updates such as lesson bookings, teacher messages, and account activity. You can view and clear these notifications directly from your dashboard. Follow these steps to manage your notifications.
Step 1: Log In to Your Parent Account
Go to My Account and log in with your email and password.
Step 2: Click the Bell Icon
Click the bell icon in the top right corner of your dashboard to open the notifications panel.

Step 3: Mark All as Read
Click "Mark all as read" to clear all unread notifications and keep your notification centre up to date.
