How to Complete Your Booking

Pay Securely and Confirm Your Tutoring Sessions

After a teacher accepts your request, you will receive a booking email with a link to complete your purchase through our secure Stripe payment page. Follow these steps to complete your booking.

Step 1: Open Your Booking Email

Open the booking confirmation email sent to you by Connect Education and click "Complete Booking Now".

Step 2: Review Your Order

Review the lesson details and teacher information on the booking summary page.

Switch To Stripe Checkout

Step 3: Enter Your Card Details

Enter your credit or debit card number, expiry date, and security code in the Stripe payment form.

Step 4: Click "Pay"

Click "Pay" to process the payment securely through Stripe.

Step 5: Receive Your Confirmation

Check your email for a payment confirmation and receipt from Connect Education.

Return To Booking Confirmation

Step 6: Schedule Your Lessons

Return to your parent dashboard and click "Schedule Now" beside each unscheduled lesson to book your session times.

💡 Tips & Troubleshooting

  • Didn't receive the booking email?
    Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is still missing, contact customercare@connecteducationinc.com to have it resent.
  • Is Stripe safe to use?
    Yes. Stripe is a PCI-compliant payment processor and Connect Education does not store your card details.
  • Payment failed, what should you do?
    Double-check your card number, expiry date, and billing address. If the issue continues, try a different card or contact customercare@connecteducationinc.com.
  • When do you schedule your lessons?
    Lesson times are chosen after payment. Return to your dashboard and click "Schedule Now" beside each lesson to pick your preferred times.
  • Can you get a receipt for your payment?
    Yes. A receipt is emailed to you automatically after payment. Your invoice ID is included for any future billing queries.
