How to Access Your Pending Teacher Requests

Track Which Teachers Are Yet to Respond

After you send a tutoring request to a teacher, it appears as pending until the teacher accepts or declines. You can view all your pending requests in one place from the "My Teachers" section. Follow these steps to access your pending teacher requests.

Step 1: Log In to Your Parent Account

Go to app.connect-education.com and sign in with your email and password.

Step 2: Click "My Teachers"

Click "My Teachers" in the top navigation bar to open your teacher management area.

Step 3: Click the "Pending" Tab

Click the "Pending" tab on the left side to see all teachers to whom you have sent a request that has not yet been accepted.

💡 Tips & Troubleshooting

  • How long does it take for a teacher to accept?
    Most teachers respond within one to two business days. If a request has been pending for longer, contact customercare@connecteducationinc.com to follow up.
  • Can I message a pending teacher?
    Yes. You can message a teacher directly from their pending request card to introduce yourself or ask a question before they accept.
  • Can I send requests to more than one teacher at a time?
    Yes. Sending requests to multiple teachers increases your chances of a faster match. The first to accept becomes your hired teacher.
  • What happens when a teacher accepts?
    Once a teacher accepts, the request moves automatically from the Pending tab to the Active tab and you will receive a booking email.
  • A request has been pending for too long — what do I do?
    Contact customercare@connecteducationinc.com and the team will follow up with the teacher or help you find an alternative match.
