How to Update Your Parent Profile

Keep Your Account Details Current and Accurate

Keeping your Connect Education parent profile up to date ensures that your teacher and the support team can reach you and that your account reflects the correct time zone and contact details. Follow these steps to update your parent profile.

Step 1: Log In to Your Parent Account

Go to My Account and log in with your email and password.

Step 2: Click Your Profile Picture

Click your profile picture or avatar in the top right corner of the dashboard to open the account menu.

Step 3: Click "My Account"

Select "My Account" from the dropdown menu to open your account settings.

Step 4: Update Your Details

Edit your first name, last name, country, time zone, date of birth, and contact number as needed.

  • Why is the time zone setting important?
    Setting the correct time zone ensures that your scheduled lessons display at the right local time on your dashboard and calendar.
  • How do I change my password?
    Look for the "Password" tab inside the same My Account settings section to update your login credentials.
  • Can I update my profile without affecting my contracts?
    Yes. Editing your profile details does not affect any active teacher contracts or scheduled lessons.
  • What contact number should I use?
    Use a number where the Connect Education team can reach you directly if they need to follow up about your account or lessons.
