Keeping your Connect Education parent profile up to date ensures that your teacher and the support team can reach you and that your account reflects the correct time zone and contact details. Follow these steps to update your parent profile.
Step 1: Log In to Your Parent Account
Go to My Account and log in with your email and password.
Step 2: Click Your Profile Picture
Click your profile picture or avatar in the top right corner of the dashboard to open the account menu.

Step 3: Click "My Account"
Select "My Account" from the dropdown menu to open your account settings.

Step 4: Update Your Details
Edit your first name, last name, country, time zone, date of birth, and contact number as needed.
