How to Send a Message to a Teacher

Communicate Directly with Your Child's Tutor

Connect Education includes a built-in messaging feature that lets you communicate directly with your child's teacher. You can use it to share updates, ask questions, or coordinate schedules without leaving the platform. Follow these steps to send a message to a teacher.

Step 1: Log In to Your Parent Account

Go to My Account and log in with your email and password.

Step 2: Click "My Teachers"

Click "My Teachers" in the top navigation bar to view your teacher list.

Navigate to My Teachers

Step 3: Select the Teacher

Under the "Active" or "Pending" tab, click the name of the teacher you want to message.

Step 4: Click "Message"

Click the "Message" button to open the chat window for that teacher.

Step 5: Type and Send Your Message

Click the message field, type your message, and click the send button to deliver it.

    Teachers are notified of new messages and typically reply within one business day.
  • Can I message a teacher before the contract starts?
    Yes, you can message both pending and active teachers at any time from the My Teachers page.
  • Is my message history saved?
    Yes, all conversations are saved in the chat window so you can refer back to previous messages at any time.
  • What should I use messaging for?
    Use the chat to share updates about your child's progress, ask questions, or let the teacher know about upcoming schedule changes.
