  • A payment or billing issue

  • A scheduling or booking error

Visit connect-education.com/report-issue to access the form. Select Parent as your account type, then choose the category that best describes your issue. Write your description in the text area, attach up to two supporting files if you have them, check the privacy agreement, and submit.

The support team will review your request and follow up with you directly. For more complex issues, the report may be escalated to the technical team or developers.
