How to Rebook a Teacher

Continue Learning with Your Favourite Teacher

When your lessons with a teacher have been completed, you can rebook them to continue working together without having to search for a new match. Connect Education makes it easy to renew your tutoring contract from the "My Teachers" section. Follow these steps to rebook a teacher.

Step 1: Log In to Your Parent Account

Go to My Account and log in with your email and password.

Step 2: Click "My Teachers"

Click "My Teachers" in the top navigation bar to open your teacher list.

Step 3: Click "Rebook Teacher"

Find the teacher you want to rebook and click "Rebook Teacher" to start the renewal process.

Step 4: Confirm the Rebook

Review the details on the confirmation screen and confirm to create a new contract with the same teacher.\

💡 Tips & Troubleshooting

  • When is the best time to rebook?
    Rebook before your last lesson to avoid a gap in your child's tutoring schedule.
  • Does rebooking keep the same subject and details?
    Yes. Rebooking a teacher carries over the same subject, grade level, and lesson format without needing to re-enter your information.
  • What happens after you rebook?
    You will receive a new booking email to complete payment for the renewed contract, then schedule your lesson times as usual.
  • Can you rebook a teacher from the completed tab?
    Yes. You can rebook a teacher even if their previous contract has moved to the completed section.
  • Your preferred teacher is no longer available, what do you do?
    Contact customercare@connecteducationinc.com and the team will help you find a suitable replacement.
