When a parent has completed the transaction, we hold the payment for all the pre-paid lessons.
Teachers must ensure that each lesson is scheduled on the platform as this affects the payout. If the lessons are not scheduled Connect Education will not be releasing payments for said lessons. You will be notified by email after each lesson is completed.
Payments for lessons completed will be received by E-transfer. Please ensure that the email in your account is up to date with the email used for interact/e-transfers. Funds will be released to you at the end of the contract or 30th of every month.
